1. Where are you located?
Solasta Massage is located in the historic Grain Exchange Building in downtown Calgary. The exact address and entry instructions will be included in your appointment confirmation email.
2. Are you a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)?
Yes! I'm a Registered Massage Therapist and meet all the requirements for professional licensing in Alberta. I am a member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA).
3. Do you provide insurance receipts?
Yes, I provide official receipts for all treatments, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your provider in advance to confirm your coverage for massage therapy.
4. What types of massage therapy do you offer?
Each session is customized to your needs, blending relaxation with targeted therapeutic techniques. Depending on your goals, sessions may include:
Swedish/relaxation massage
Myofascial cupping
Active Release (Upper Extremity)
TMJ treatment
Acupressure
Aromatherapy
Sports massage and injury rehabilitation
Whether you’re looking to unwind or address specific concerns like pain, tension, or mobility limitations, we’ll co-create a treatment plan that supports your goals.

6. What should I expect at my first session?
We'll begin with a short intake and conversation about your health history, goals, and any areas of concern. From there, I’ll tailor the session to meet you where you are, whether that’s deep therapeutic work, full-body relaxation, or a combination of both. You’re always encouraged to communicate your needs throughout.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost.
This policy helps ensure fairness and allows me to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and practice.
8. Do you offer direct billing?
At this time, I do not offer direct billing, but you will receive a detailed receipt with my RMT number, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
